Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Managing Credit Control, Credit Management & Credit Risk

  • Providing leadership and clear focus for employees engaged in delivery of Individual/Group loan product;
  • Developing strategies (staffing, product, process, marketing, etc.) to enable Individual/Group loan portfolio growth and client outreach in existing and new regions;
  • Implementing and continuously updating processes and methodologies for Individual/Group loan product to ensure it remains client attractive and market focused;

  • Developing and Managing the Capacities of Credit Related Staff

  • Providing trainings to Branch Managers, Credit Team Leaders and Loan Officers for developing their knowledge on Individual/Group loan product and understanding about the rules and regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management and Development

  • Manage and control branch staffs proper qualification, capacity and experience.

Credit Affair

  • Lead and control the process of following up branch operations to ensure smooth customer services.

Financial Management

  • Ensuring that the whole branch has sufficient operation cash without much cash surplus which leads to difficult management and loss of interest.
  • Controlling the operations of cash in and out flow, all cash transactions and counterfeit note are not allow to operate.
  • Control and manage physical cash, asset and liability management as well as control actual cash management against the list properly.
  • Control the registration of accounting entries and data entries into the Microfinance System with the business transactions in the branch by depending on legal and proper receipts to the Hayman Capital’s financial accounting system.
  • Check and monitor the verification and counting of physical cash against the end of day balance list with cashiers.
  • Preparing of branch financial statement properly and on time.

Administration Management

  • Develop and maintain a harmonious working relationship among staff.
  • Ensure security of all branch staff, buildings, assets and cash.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with all relevant community and opinion leaders, government officials, and local authorities at branch level.
  • Provide back-up support to the branches and head office as needed.
  • Purchasing need at branch level and accurate and updated assets list.
  • Stock Controlling.
  • Timely and adequate printing documents ( passbooks, loan documents, staff ID card,…) in place.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure principles are being follow and provided relevant reports to head office;
  • Monitor the Visitor / Vehicle In –Out record and Staffs’ attendance report to Branch Manager and Administrative Manager;
  • Office management to ensure every office figure is well maintained, good hygiene and strong safety;
  • Responsible for procurement including quotations, pricing, orders, purchasing;
  • Organize Inventory, assets, stationery and office materials;
  • Responsible as a responsible person of Hayman Capital Insurance, such as Fire Insurance for branch office building & properties, third party vehicle Insurance, etc. ;
  • Liaison with government ministries, departments and other organizational concerned for administrative matters as required;
  • Monitor Branch Office lease and recommend renewal in a timely manner;
  • Control needs for all necessary office equipment and supplies including stationeries, forms and other necessities and arrange for refill;
  • Track payments of regular services (such as telephone, internet and other utilities) to ensure timely payments are made;
  • Answering phone calls and transferring within Branch office in necessary;
  • Have to manage drivers, cleaners and securities from Head Office for their operations;
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Ensure necessary materials, documents are delivered timely manner to the target places to the right person;
  • Ensure that all information receives in a timely manner and reports, reviewed and adjustment are made before reporting;
  • Assist in hold branch meeting and record meeting minutes;
  • Record internal system flow , procedures , other necessary information related to admin and monthly report are to be sent to Adminisrative Manager;
  • Undertake duties reasonably assigned by Branch Manager;

Qualification & Experience:

  • Any University Degree;
  • Preferably have previous working experience in administration area;
  • Ability to act independently to identify and analyze problems and recommend effective solutions;
  • Computer literacy and preferably expert in Microsoft Office package;
  • Must be communicable both spoken and written English and Myanmar;
  • High level of social communication skills and good skills in team-work ;
  • Flexibility and positive attitude person;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
