Hayman Microfinance, using the Musoni System since 2015, have recently commenced the rollout of the Musoni Digital Field Application. Last week the Musoni and Hayman teams successfully completed the end user training, the final step before the launch. The DFA is designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs for financial organizations by digitalizing the core tasks typically carried out by field officers.
After four weeks of project planning, including a review of existing operations, the digitalization of the existing paper forms, the building of business rules to help automate loan decisions, and deciding on the roll-out plan, the team were ready to go. Over the next month the DFA will be rolled out across all 23 branches and 270 field officers.
