On 29 of May 2017, the official Signing Ceremony of the Banking Facility the amount of US$ 1 Million between Hayman Capital Co.,Ltd (Microfinance Institution) and Maybank, Yangon Branch hold at the Melia Yangon Hotel.
This loan is the first of its kind for Hayman Capital Co., Ltd and approved for the period of one year on the revolving basis. It will help to expand microfinance business of the Company andtoreach at least 3,000 small entrepreneurs and farmers. The main customers of the Hayman Capital 80% are women who run their own businesses. This loan facilitywill significantly boostbusiness activities increasingcustomer’s working capital and allow to buy more inventories, raw materials and ultimately increase their income.
Mr. Sultan Marenov, CEO & Managing Director of Hayman Capital Co.,Ltd (Microfinance Institution) said that at the Ceremony “This is a great deal for us and it showsa high interest from big bank to support the development of the microfinance industry in Myanmar.We are glad that Maybankas the most experienced and active player in the market has provided this loan for us first”.
